2020 Audi Q5 Boosts Safety and Gets New Rollers

By Justin Cupler | September 6th, 2019

The Q5 is the best-selling model for Audi, but it lives in a competitive segment, which means it must always improve to keep buyers coming. The 2020 Audi Q5 will go through a handful of updates that will bring in new standard safety features, updated wheels, and revised optional features to keep the luxury Rochester area crossover shoppers interested.

The 2020 Audi Q5 will continue with its single model, 45 TFSI, and three trim levels: Premium, Premium Plus, and Prestige. The base Premium trim will gain new 18-inch five-arm turbine-design wheels and automatic high-beam headlights in 2020. A new Convenience Plus Package will join the available packages for the 2020 Q5 Premium, and it will include the Audi Phone Box with wireless charging and signal booster and Parking Plus with front and rear parking sensors.

The Premium Plus and Prestige will also gain new 19-inch five-spoke partly polished rollers. Premium Plus models will also get a new Driver Assistance Package that will include adaptive cruise control with traffic jam assist, and lane-keep assist.

Buyers moving into the more performance-oriented SQ5 will have the added treat of standard automatic high-beam headlights. SQ5 buyers will also have the optional Convenience Plus and Driver Assistance packages mentioned above.

The 2020 Audi Q5 will roll in with an MSRP range of $43,300 to $53,700.
